If you're a carer accepting work from families, you don't need a paid plan. Carer Plus is only for carers running their own client list.

Pricing FAQ

Money questions, answered.

Is there really a free plan, or is it a 14-day trial?
Genuinely free, indefinitely. The Free plan covers one patient with two active carer share links — no time limit, no card required, no nag screens.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Account › Billing in the app. You keep Plus features until the end of your billing period; we don't charge for partial months and don't issue partial refunds.
Do you offer family discounts or NHS / care-worker pricing?
Not yet. We may introduce a discount for verified care workers later — the simplest way to get notified is to start with the Free plan and we'll email if a discount becomes available.
What happens if I downgrade from Plus to Free?
You keep all your data. Plus-only features (extra share links, schedules, fluid tracking) become read-only — nothing is deleted. Re-enable Plus any time to turn them back on.
